Very great resort with all amenities.

Excellent middle ground all inclusive, besides an upgraded view the “Elite Upgrade” isn’t justified for the money spent per night. Room service never worked properly, but the vibes of the place were honestly what kept me happy. Was there 4 days and 3 nights and figured upgrading would come with perks. Here to say just keeping a general suite is probably just as good. Only added benefit I gained was top shelf liquor. But tip well enough and anything is available. Riu party is over crowded but fun. Every other day there is something to do at the hotel so it was a great for the inclusivity and distance to downtown was 10 min uber ride or less. Good value, but open ended promises or premium service is where they dropped the ball imo. 6.5/10. Very clean tho, incredible for what I expected actually. And wonderful staff!

Great place. Very central to restaurants and bars. We got the all-inclusive and it did not disappoint. The food was delicious. The best food I’ve had at an all-inclusive. Only complain I have is that we arrived about an hour before check-in and although our room was ready, they did not give us the all-inclusive bracelet until check-in time. So we had to go out and buy lunch. Found that a little strange since all of the all-inclusive hotels we’ve stayed at before have always given us the bracelets as soon as we arrive. But overall a good place to stay at.

A very pleasant and memorable stay. Highly recommend Peninsula Restaurant on site. In daytime the swimming pool area can be loud due to loud music play. At night is very quiet and serene. Will go back!
