"Nos sentimos bien y complacidos solo hubo un detalle negativo se supone que vienes a vacacionar y salir de la rutina no deben prohibir entrar al buffet en camiseta playera no debe ser obligatorio el uso de mangas, y más si estas lejos de ti habitación y no tienen transporte recurrente, ya luego de esto super bien la habitación super acogedora, el bufete es excelente muy buenos sabores, en la animación la chica Rosaura fue muy amable y nos trató super bien en la clase de aeróbicos 10/10."

"Stayed at Bahia Principe Luxury Bouganville for a week, and honestly, it was such an amazing experience from start to finish. There’s always something to do, the resort is beautiful, and the staff truly made the trip unforgettable. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, and genuinely took the time to make us feel comfortable and appreciated. A special shoutout to the entertainment crew because they were absolutely incredible and kept the energy fun the entire week. You can really tell how much effort they put into making sure everyone has a good time. I would 100% come back and can’t wait to visit again."

"Upon arriving at the hotel, we were pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of our room. It was spotlessly clean and incredibly comfortable. After exploring the property and heading to the beach, we returned to find our bed meticulously arranged in a beautiful design, ready for us to get ready for bed. The small attention to detail was a lovely touch. The staff at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful. Leudy, the front desk attendant, was particularly helpful during the check-in and check-out process. We can’t wait to return to this wonderful hotel!"

"Hotel is brand new. Clean. Nice rooms with decent amount of space. We had a room that faced the water. It was beautiful on the balcony. Infinity pool wasn't used by us but looked lovely. The biggest problem is that there is nothing nearby. You are basically at the mercy of the hotel unless you Uber somewhere. We arrived and needed to eat around 4:30pm (starving because the airport has no restaurants on the arrival side that we could find). The restaurant had a very small menu of snack bites. I got a chicken Caesar salad which was ok. Dinner wasn't being served until 6pm. We only stayed 1 night before a cruise and it is close to the cruise port so points for that. I would probably stay again but eat before you arrive."
