Wonderful stay! Could not have been treated better. The hotel was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING! Special thanks to our lovely waitress Paula, who went above and beyond to look after us and was super friendly. We will miss her! Also a big thank you to Magdaleha on reception who gave us great advice on local knowledge and places to visit. Very helpful staff and made our stay just perfect :)

Our stay was wonderful, the service, the restaurant, the room - the breakfast is included and has a lot of variety, Local cheese, hams etc The food served at the restaurant was amazing - we chose to return and have our dinner there on our second night This place is really a gem.

Nice hotel, poor bed, horrible restaurant
The hotel is nicely done, and is in a somewhat remote area of Andorra. Views around are amazing and it has a nice spa: great after a day of travelling. Parking is limited around the hotel and its parking garage is poorly located (unaccessible for our car). Biggest downsides are the bed, which was so spring-loaded that we were waking each other up all the time, and meals: the restaurant is poor, with mediocre food and horrible service: the waiter insisted on us rushing through the menu and complaining that we hadn't made a choice after literally 30 seconds. I'm used to Paris service (notoriously bad), however, that pales in comparison to the service we got at this hotel's restaurant.

Nice hotel located out of the hustle and rush of Andorra. Restaurant food was good and front desk staff was helpful. One negative thing that did occur is after dinner, we sat in the bar area at one of the tables. Not a soul approached to offer service, which we found to be quite disheartening considering the experience up to that point. After waiting 25 minutes, and simply being stared by the staff, we just went to our room.

El hotel es maravilloso, el personal muy amable y servicial. La habitación es un poco pequeña pero pre iosa, super limpia. El restaurante muy bueno, desayuno tipo bufé, no le faltaba nada, zumos naturales, comida muy buena, pareleria de todo tipo artesana. La cena, en nuestro cado, buenisima y la presentacion excelente. Opción de tomar cockteles buenisimos. La única pega que hemos encontrado es que el Spa se pagaba a parte (eso puede ser normal) pero teniendo en cuenta,que no puedes pasear mucho por los alrededores y no tienes tiendas cerca, pues podria estar bien que entrara en el precio cómo reclamo de ocio. Por el resto, ninguna pega. Les doy un 10.

De la opción hotelera de la zona, para mi gusto este es uno de los mejores hoteles. Muy buen trato, buena comida e instalaciones impecables. Por poner un pero, para mi gusto, las almohadas no son muy muy cómodas, pero por el resto excelente

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad del personal. El sitio es ideal para ir a esquiar a Ordino Arcalís o hacer rutas de senderismo. Tienen el hotel muy bonito decorado, limpio y la comida muy bien también. Por poner un pero, los colchones nos son muy cómodos para mi gusto ( demasiado duros), pero lo demás muy bien

ENTORNO BONITO Y COMIDA DE CALIDAD
Habitación algo ruidosa y pequeña, con cama confortable y baño pequeño también. Se echaba en falta algún soporte donde dejar el gel y el champú dentro de la ducha. El desayuno y la cena espectaculares. La atención correcta pero podría mejorar. El spa pequeño pero adecuado para la gente que había. El entorno muy bonito y accesible.

Lo que más me ha gustado ha sido el trato recibido por parte del personal, la decoración del hotel y sobre todo la comida. Tanto el desayuno como la cena todo muy bueno y de calidad. Lo que menos me ha gustado y por poner algún pero ha sido el colchón, para mi gusto demasiado duro, pero en general todo excelente.

Petit hotel de muntanya. Molt net. L’aparcament es reduït i per arribar a l’hotel es necessari el vehicle. L’habitació es de petites dimensions i l’esmorzar es complert pero senzill. L’estada en una habitació standard no hauria de superar els 100€.

Bien, mais à améliorer...
L’hôtel est très bien situé (proche chamois de randonnée). Deco de l’hôtel un peu décevante, désuète. Chambre trop petite et surtout sombre. Dommage. En demie-pension, le dîner est bon, sauf les desserts. Le buffet petit-déjeuner proposé une offre mais de piètre qualité. Il vaudrait mieux raccourcir l’offre en mettant en avant de bons produits locaux, plutôt que du surgelé. L’équipe de serveurs est top, mais le responsable n’est pas au service du client. Lorsque nous demandons un apéritif il nous répond que nous aurions dû le prendre au bar avant... Son serveur est allé spontanément chercher la carte et était à notre écoute.
