The rooms were well designed and clean but we found the pillows really uncomfortable. Around the outside sun-bed area, the hotel staff decided to steam clean the beds for an hour which was noisy and annoying, I came on holiday to get away from the sound of a vacuum! The food selection was good but we found it luke warm, a microwave would be good so you could heat up the buffet food, lastly the orange juice was fake, I would of expected real orange juice in Spain also a coffee machine to offer a range of coffee would of been nice. The hotel has not much around it, but the local bus is reasonably priced and very reliable. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible. We enjoyed sitting in the sun, we enjoyed breakfast and our room but anything app or service related ended up being met with impending dread. We were called many times by the manager to check we were ok after we wrote a complaint but it was all very awkward. We ended up ordering food for delivery from a place in the next village on two nights, the best food we had all week! They commented to us how bland the food was in the hotel without any prompting from us so it obviously has a reputation. I would suggest staying somewhere smaller that cares about the customer experience more.

Staff are super kind Room was clean Bar too expensive ( 6 euro for a cup of tea, $16 euro for frozen drinks) for no reason while you are already paying for 5 star hotel stay

It is a small boutique hotel where all employees going well above and beyond while taking care of the guests. From hotel reception (Victoria helped us a lot) to serving staff of the signature restaurant - everybody was about guests.

Exceptional. Lovely garden. Great facilties. Very helpful and kind staff in every department. Special thanks to reservations, housekeeping and doormen.
