"Even though the Lodge was a little bit OLD and RUSTIC, that is what made it quaint and gave it it's charm. It was a little musty smelling but the room was clean. The ladies were all very pleasant, hospitable, accommodating, willing and ready to help with any of my requests. The light continental breakfast should be plenty to please all. "We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. It’s such a comfortable and welcoming place — perfect for family time. The grandkids loved the game room and kept everyone busy with pool and shuffleboard matches. Even when the rain rolled in, we had plenty to do and felt cozy just watching the forest through the big windows. Extra bonus, the bird feeders outside the dining room window brought not only birds but squirrels and chipmunks to watch. Everything was clean, well-organized, and stocked with all the little things that make a trip easy. We’d happily stay here again — it was the peaceful mountain break we needed."
