"Its a new property about 15 to 20 minutes from downtown, but that was no problem for us. A pleasant and well appointed property that was ideal for a wedding party of five. Luis and Evelyn are very responsive hosts!"

"Our family group of six fully enjoyed staying here because it felt like a home. Just outside Santa Fe in a wetland area, it made an amazing home base for us to explore the area. The space allowed us to all spread out or gather together. Fully stocked kitchen, grill on the patio. Even though the home is next to the owner, it was extremely private and Stephen was an amazing resource for us. Highly recommend!"
Indoor heated pool minutes to downtown Santa Fe

"Pros - house was big, outdoor space was nice. We had some wonderful dinners outside and really enjoyed stargazing at night. Host is very responsive.Cons - we were expecting more of an upscale luxury house given the price point (over 2k per night). Some areas were more updated than others, but a lot of rooms/bathrooms are probably original to the house (guessing 50 years). Kitchen cabinets need a good overhaul. The feel is more of rustic lodge than remodeled home.The biggest issue we had was keeping the house cool (we visited in July). All the rooms in the house basically open up to the indoor pool. Unfortunately, by noon or so every day, the pool room became extremely hot and humid, since there are ceiling windows that can't be covered and it creates a greenhouse. The mini split a/c is woefully undersized and not able to keep up, so in order to keep the rest of the house cool we had to keep all the doors shut to the pool area which made the house feel much more like a hotel rather than an open concept home. Same issue with the game room. It is a converted garage with no temperature control and lots of windows, so don't expect to use it other than in the early morning and later at night."

"Wonderfully comfortable and peaceful environment. Well suited for a family vacation with lots of room and easy access to all the sights of Santa Fe. A great way to enjoy Santa Fe and the Santa Fe Opera. We'll be back."

"We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was clean, well stocked, and spacious enough for everyone in out group (2 adults and 2 teenagers) to have their own space when they needed it. It is located in a quite neighborhood, so we never had to worry about road or crowd noise and the views of the stars were pretty awesome. The host was quick to respond to all of our questions and even let us know about a small wild fire near the neighborhood that was quickly contained and extinguished. If we ever return to Santa Fe, we will definitely be looking to see if this property is available."

"Overall the home was great! We just weren’t prepared for the heat. None of the homes in that area had Air conditioning units. This house had individual mini A/C’s in each bedroom, and in the living room. The house was warm even with all the A/C’s flowing. Once the sun went down the fresh breeze outside made it tolerable inside with the windows open. I’m sure during the cooler months, temperature inside the house is comfy. The rest of the property was excellent and enjoyable for the whole family. I would book it again during the winter."
