Excellent location to spend your days during in Cartagena.
From reception by Nathalie to breakfast service by Liz, we have no words to say how helpful and attentive they were.
At nighttime we would be greeted by the desk clerk as well.
During every hour of day the staff was very helpful and made you feel welcomed.
Highly recommend it.

If you are traveling to Cartagena with your family, including kids. It is the best and only option. It is not a bad hotel but a bit pricey for what they offer. The food it is ok, but expensive. Not worth it. The service was mmm. I had amazing aid from some employees but a really bad attitude from others. Still plenty of room to better things

"They never cleaned our room despite putting the sign two nights. Breakfast is horrible. If you want to rest after a full day at the beach, forget about it. The noise is unbearable. It’s like having two to three speakers at your ears nonstop playing different music."
