"The staff were a little incompetent, roaches all over the place. And the entire stay was a pain. We had to go to the second floor, when we asked for a first floor but they said no. Next day we wanted to extend our stay so we were told to go to the first floor since we had pets. Just a big pain "

"The Tuxon met my needs as a one night passing through traveler. Has an interesting lounge area with a bar which is unusual for what is still to me a motel type of business. The location next to the freeway and other standard motels dilutes the effort to be different but I respect the effort. It is convenient to restaurant and lounges, so you need not go far. Overall I would be happy to stay here again."

"The room was clean. Staff was friendly except the manager. My son threw his pool bracelet in the toilet and she gave me a hard time. I guess children 3 or 2 and under don’t need bracelets for the pool. The pool was warm. It could’ve been colder since we’re in Az. But I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone! I will always come back! Casino is next door! Restaurants inside the casino are delicious!"

"It was horrible from the moment I arrived to check in; I felt discriminated against. They asked for my ID and credit card, but couldn't find my reservation. Finally, they gave me the keys but didn't tell me where the pools, the water park, or my room were located. We set off but couldn't find it; we asked three different employees where that room number was, and all three said they didn't know. Another guest staying there told us where it was—on the third floor. We carried all our things up the stairs, only to find it was the wrong room; I had booked a room with two beds, but the one they gave me had only one. I had to go back to the front desk, where someone else helped me. I explained the problem, but she couldn't find me in the system; I had to show her the reservation confirmation number and photos of the two-bed room. She asked who had helped me earlier, and I pointed to the person standing next to her. She said, "He gave you the wrong room," and told me she would switch me to a room on the second floor. She didn't tell me where the room was either, so we had to carry everything back down. Two hours later, we realized there were elevators—something those employees never mentioned. It seems like they don't like their jobs. I felt discriminated against and ignored; I was treated as if I were invisible. This is the worst hotel."
