For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

Room was very clean, very staff in every department was absolutely amazing! Very friendly and make you enjoy every second of your stay with them. The entertainment staff were amazing and always there to hype and cheer you up to better enjoy your experience with them. Love the two pool and how close everything is from your room. Will definitely return!!!

If you’re looking for comfort and beauty at the same time, this is the place to go. The hotel is so rich in history that it is a museum in itself. However, the real gems are their staff. They’re very friendly and will accommodate to all your needs. I would stay again in this hotel if I’m back in Sto Domingo.
