Horrible customer service, tried calling to cancel as our flights to Panama were cancelled and they had no number to call, the number given was a house number. Expedia tried calling and no answer in the end we lost out on our money, we lost out on the hotel.

Host was welcoming. Provided us with a few amenities that were missing and arranged for plugged sink to be prepared.However this property is not suited for multi week stays.
