The third bedroom has a twin trundle bed (two twins) and its own full bathroom, while the fourth bedroom also has a twin trundle setup and access to a full bathroom located in the hall.
The living and dining room open to a charming terrace with patio furniture—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine with a view. You’ll also have a fully stocked kitchen, wood-beamed ceilings, a cozy fireplace, and a two-car garage.

You’ll have full access to the entire home, including all living spaces, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, patio, and garage. The only exceptions are a few locked closets and storage areas used for cleaning supplies and maintenance.

A car is recommended for the best experience, especially if you plan to explore the mountains, local attractions, or downtown. You'll find shopping centers, restaurants, and grocery stores just a short drive away. Parking is easy with a private two-car garage and additional space in the quiet cul-de-sac.

Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM out of respect for neighbors in our peaceful, family-friendly community.
No Parties
Parties are not allowed. Small family gatherings may be approved with prior request—just let us know in advance!
No Smoking
Smoking or strong odors indoors are not allowed. A $150 cleaning fee applies if odors are detected.
