The unit boasts a stunning 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment that is within walking distance to coffee shops, bars & restaurants, music/sports venues, parks, public transportation, and easy access to I-10. It is also within walking distance from The Hospitals of Providence Memorial Campus and Las Palmas Medical Center.

Moreover, the suite comes equipped with all new amenities and furnishings, with comfort and style in mind. Including its own private back patio to relax and unwind!

Built in 1987, this fully remodeled Spanish style property has incredible charm and character throughout its interior and exterior. The Host was very Helpful and accessible if we had any questions. It was 5 of us and we were all comfortable, we didn’t have to use the car as much because everywhere we needed to go to was walking distance. We will definitely come back!!!! Loved it!! ♥️
