Ideal for families, this home boasts 3 spacious bedrooms, a dedicated office that doubles as a sleeping space located in the garage and temperature controlled. An inviting living area with a fireplace seamlessly connecting to the kitchen and dining areas. Step outside to a backyard designed for leisure — whether you're up for grilling, taking a dip in the pool, or simply unwinding. The majestic mountain views serve as a picturesque backdrop, especially when enjoyed from the in-ground pool or the soothing jetted tub. If you're thinking of bringing pets or hosting small gatherings, do note that there's an additional fee. Prior intimation to the Host about gatherings is essential. Want the pool and hot tub heated? There's a nightly charge of $70 for the pool and $40 for the tub. The jetted tub/jacuzzi has been the guest favorite.

In town for a wedding

Great location for a wedding in the Sunland area. Pool was great to relax in while waiting for events. Would stay again

Wonderful stay.. bad dust storms kept us from ever using the pool but we did finally get to use the hot tub.

House was very clean. Host very responsive. House had minor defects (paint, towel racks and wall holders not in stud so coming off walls) but in overall good condition. Although the listing states the pool and hot hub are heated there is a separate daily fee to heat both or either. We were not aware of this until check in. Host was accommodating to our complaint about the unknown fee so not a major deal for us. However, imo it should be disclosed before we rented the property or be built into the nightly rate. Backyard view of the mountains was beautiful and home was close to restaurants, shopping, and a short drive to the mountain overlooks. Our children really enjoyed the pool and comfort of the home. Private back yard and quiet neighborhood.

Excellent Home on the Franklin Mountains

Amazing host & Rental

MIRAGE.

Straight to the point: THE A/C Did not work correctly, when Chiddi was notified (caretaker) he was going to get someone out there, we went came back and its over 80 degrees in the house, I was Ghosted the whole night by our caretaker...Everything was plugged into a power strip was the problem. Was promised a partial refund too Guess what happen there. Don't stay there for what we paid it should have been 10 times better.

GREAT STAY!!

This is my first time with Vrbo and I couldn’t be more pleased. This location far met my needs. There’s all types of conveniences near the home and restaurants!! The host was a super host. Whenever I reached out, my questions/concerns were taken care of immediately. When I checked in and needed assistance, they were at the house at my convenient time. The pictures are true to the home, everything as listed. We were there to see family at Fort Bliss, not a far commute from there. The pool was such a great asset to the property! I cannot wait for my next visit

Disappointed

Accomadations not for 12 persons. One bedroom is a small room in the garage. Had to purchase forks, spatulas and coffee mugs. House was dirty. Ran out of toilet paper. Could not find the pool towels, bought some. Some towels were left by other occupants. Pool was dirty. When asked for it to be cleaned, had to send pxs of the pool and jacuzzi. The door knob on the door to the backyard came off the day we arrived. We reported it but it was never fixed. We had to put it back on everytime we used the door. Dresser draws falling apart. Two of the dining room chairs had nails come through the upholstery when you sat on them. Stove is electric not aware prior to renting. Could not connect Wii to the TV. We do not recommend this house.

Incredible location and view.

House is beautiful, clean and welcoming. There is a hidden room in the garage that we didn’t find until day 2 but other than that, everything was great. Easy to communicate with the owner, and it was just a great family vacation/Dads 70th bday.
