- The entire home has five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a bunk room with two bunk beds. Guests can use the private pool, covered patio, game room with pool table, full kitchen, washer and dryer, and Wi-Fi. The home also has two fireplaces and an outdoor propane grill.
Guests have private access to the entire home, garage, driveway, covered patio, and pool area during their stay. Check-in is by smart lock using a unique code sent before arrival.
We respect your privacy and won’t be on site during your stay. If you need anything or notice a problem, message us through your booking app. We’ll respond as soon as possible. For an emergency involving immediate danger, call 911 first.
Maximum occupancy is 12 registered guests. Check-in begins at 3 PM and checkout is by 11 AM. No pets, parties, or events. Quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM. Children and non-swimmers need active adult supervision at the pool; no glass or diving. Two exterior cameras monitor the front and rear outdoor areas.
