Going through a difficult time with my mother, she understood and assisted me in every way possible. The room was excellent and felt safe having my car in their parking lot. It’s my preferred place to stay when in El Paso. "

"I was disappointed, because i ask for extra pillows ,they told me no, then the room was not ready. Also when i was there two cacaruche come out they where pretty big. The bathroom was not so clean. For the price i pay for staying there really disappointed "

"It's disappointing when you fill for a special request and they don't honor it.I have problem going up the stairs,I got the room but I had to go up the stairs."

"I have stayed at the Plaza Hotel in El Paso at least 3 times while driving cross country! It’s a 5-star experience every time. Staff are friendly and professional, and the facility is excellently maintained. The valet parking is fast and efficient. The hotel is close to I-10 so it helps to quickly get on and off I-10! I’ll definitely stay there again!"
