- Enjoy your stay in this Westside El Paso home located within a short walking distance to neighborhood park and just minutes away from I-10 & 375. Home features a beautiful & spacious open floor plan with 3 bedrooms & 2.5 bathrooms. A lovely place to unwind with beautiful view of the nearby mountains. Free washer & dryer. Large master bedroom, Work-Station, 300-400Mbs Wi-Fi, Enjoy your favorite streaming including Netflix & Roku. Fully enclosed backyard with covered patio and near the Franklin Mts. State Park with beautiful hiking and biking trails.

Gorgeous and Immaculate single-story, El Paso Westside home! Located within a short walking distance to neighborhood park and just minutes away from I-10 & 375, Schools, Restaurants & Shopping! Home features a beautiful & spacious open floor plan. Kitchen offers recessed lighting, granite counters, stainless steel appliances and breakfast bar too! Other features include refrigerated air, a large master bedroom, master bathroom with double vanity, garden tub and walk in closet. Fully enclosed backyard has covered patio and beautifully manicured landscaping! Yes, I allow dogs but I will charge $150 per pet no matter what size. In addition, pet(s) are NOT allow to be on any furniture (EG. Beds, Couch, Sofa, Chairs, Tables, etc.) at any given time in order for the guests to keep and enjoy my Beautiful Home Clean at all times.
