A great view of the lake but apart from that, the hotel disappointed. The food was basic and the coffee at breakfast was terrible and totally undrinkable. The staff were not particularly friendly and the hotel felt very corporate and with an atmosphere. We were given a twin room despite booking a double and were then moved to a smaller room when we asked to change for a room with one bed.

The hotel was beautiful and much more than a ‘corporate’ Radisson Blu hotel. The room had a beautiful view, the breakfast was lovely, and the staff were very helpful. We ate in the hotel restaurant twice because the food was so good.

Totally recommend this hotel as a retreat out of town. We had an apartment which offered a kitchen and living space where we could host the rest of our party who had smaller rooms. Great restaurant, spa, pool, gym and massage. Cheap Uber into town. Loved Bariloche. Awesome time.
