"I greatly enjoyed my stay at this hotel as the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were extremely clean and tidy. The hotel has great facilities, ideal for families. "Room was a bit small for a four night stay. Shower and sink both leaked. Poor communication with reception. Ordered a taxi to take us to a specific restaurant but reception told the taxi driver another restaurant. This caused us problems with the driver and ended up costing us more than planned. Reception told us we could book a taxi to Djemila but failed to tell us that we needed to apply for permission in advance. The one thing that bothered us the most is that the sink drains did not seem to employ a P-Trap and let sewer smells come in through the drain.
