"We loved the close proximity to the town and airport as everything was in walking distance. The staff was outstanding. We did have an issue with our hot water not working, but the staff came to get it to work right away. The daily breakfast was always delicious as we got eggs made fresh daily and fresh delicious fruit was also included. Also, we went on 2 excursions where we had to meet before breakfast started. So the staff got us a box breakfast the night before we left on these excursions. Overall, we were very pleased with the excellent service and cleanliness of the room."

"The owner was friendly and accommodating! We only stayed one night but the room was clean and there was hot water for showers! It’s writhing walking distance of the boardwalk/restaurants and bars. Lots of cats around which I enjoyed but if you’re allergic, I’d take heed! "

"Super cool artistic hotel. Reminds me of Barcelona. Short walk to the pier but far enough that it’s very quiet at night. Comfy bed, good AC! Great staff! Best market in town across the street. Would stay again. "

"I enjoyed my stay here. The room itself is very basic but for the 3 days I was on the island it had everything I needed:hot water to shower, good wifi, filtered water to fill a bottle with and air conditioning. They also have a smart TV in the room which is a nice touch but I was too exhausted every day to ever use it. The other nice bonus was a small coffee/tea station and a microwave in the lobby common space. My tours all left early so it was nice to be able to grab some bread and fruit from the panaderia and have a little breakfast with the provided coffee even before I left. The people who run the hotel are all very nice and helpful. The only downside I could find is if you're a light sleeper and like to sleep in later this might not be the place for you. Around 6-7 am every day you could hear trucks buses outside that were quite loud. For me it wasnt a problem because I was up for my tours anyways. Overall a good stay for the price! "
