"So obviously the hotel industry is hurt during the pandemic, but the description of this hotel is misleading. It promised bottled water and welcome drinks: neither were available as the hotel doesn’t have the money for it anymore. In the room I was in was an ant graveyard - countless dead ants over all surfaces (counter, toilet, shower, toilet paper, even some in the bed). I spent the first 30 minutes of my stay cleaning up the room with sanitary wipes. Grime, cobwebs, and dead ants covered wipe...

"We arrived for our stay and there was no person available to accept us. We went back in the morning to check in and question why there had been no person to check us in and we were turned away and told they were not accepting guests! Cost more money for our party of 5 persons. A great inconvenience"

English: From check in staff to cleaning room and all other services, it was excellent. Hotel is immaculately clean, breakfast was more than we could eat and delicious. Yes, it's a budget hotel, but " wow"...
