- room isn’t super clean, very dusty and very old
- there is basically no sound insulation, you could hear everything coming from your neighbor’s room, there is an even a locked door to the other unit..
- and yeah, you will get woke up by someone at the gym in the morning

Great neighborhood with tons of shops and restaurants. Hotel was quiet. Our room was spacious and beautifully appointed. Even the trash can was made of marble! Will definitely stay again and highly recommend this charming boutique hotel.

great location, well upkept property and all staff was courteous and helpful. bath towels are pretty worn out, old and very rough, time to replace them with new ones. Pillows are also worn down once laying your head on them they go completely flat.
