Spectacular Marina Views
The cleanliness and artistic presentation is one of the best we have stayed in. There is everything you need for a comfortable relaxing holiday with a superb large terrace and amazing Marina view. The complex is quiet and yet so close to all amenities and it’s not necessary for a car as all is in walking distance. Annie is a thoughtful caring host and wants to make sure the holiday goes well. This is our second stay and we will book again. Thank you 💛

Best place for golf
We spend 3 months there really enjoyed the place, like advertised well located, golf, grocery, transportation to city. You can see the sea from the balcony. Annie and Yvan were perfect host, always ready to help. I recommend this place

Beautiful marina apartment
Beautiful apartment with stunning view of the marina and the sea. Lovely open plan interior with a very large terrace and the use of a big communal pool. Very clean interior with everything you need for your holiday. Would recommend a stay here.

We finally got to stay at Annie’s Apartment, originally booked in 2019 , then COVID came . It was definitely well worth the wait . Everything is just perfect for our needs . Communication with Annie very good . We were met by the cleaner , she showed us round explaining everything that we needed to know . The apartment is so clean , so close to shops , bars , beach all you need from a Holiday. The view from the terrace over looking the marina is lovely , spent most of our time relaxing on the terrace . Sun all day , shade if you want it . Did quite a bit of cooking while we were there , Annie has thought of everything , never stayed in an apartment that was so well equipped. We will definitely be returning , we both loved it. A big thank you to Annie for the use of her apartment . Loved every minute. Hope we get to meet up the next time . 🤗😊👍

The best apartment ever!!!
My husband and I have just returned home after 2 weeks in the most wonderful apartment! Annie's apartment is stunning for so many reasons. The apartment itself is beautiful. Furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. You will want for nothing! There is a large terrace that gets the sun from morning until evening (as my tan will testfy!) It also has a shaded area which suited my fair skinned husband!! An abundance of restaurants and bars are literally a 5 minute walk away as are the supermarkets. Annie has provided a trolley to take to the supermarket, which is a life saver! I can also understand why Almerimar is known as the sunniest place in Europe. We had 2 weeks of constant sunshine!! Annie is the most amazing host and is so helpful should you need to contact her at all. I can honestly say this was the best holiday we have ever had, and it goes without saying we will be booking again for next year! Look no further, this apartment and its location are truly amazing! Thank you Annie!!

Perfect location
We have been self catering for many many years and we have never stayed in a better presented apartment with all the home comforts required to enjoy a holiday. Annie has amazing taste and anticipates all your holidays needs from all the essentials for self catering to thoughtful additions like a shopping trolley to get your provisions from the local shops without the need of a car. (A true bonus ) and we particularly liked the fab sliding fly screens which makes all the difference. The apartment is in an amazing location with superb views and so close to good bars and restaurants. Almerimar has a lovely deli, green grocers, butchers and bakers all family run businesses. Annie is efficient and professional with all your wants and needs. We have already booked to return now knowing it’s everything we want. Thank you Annie so glad we found you. 🤗

So comfortable and excellent location
6 months since our last visit to Annie’s beautifully presented apartment and it felt like home. Once again it was spotless when we arrived and equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable two weeks. Despite the weather being windy, we were well sheltered on the spacious terrace to sit or lay in the February sun. Looking forward to the next time.

Home from home
My wife and I had a great holiday in this extremely well presented apartment. It was spotless and on the day of arrival Annie's cleaner greeted us and despite the language barrier she gave a very comprehensive guide to the apartment. We did not want to hire a car and all the local amenities were within a very short walk. The shop at the supermarket, less than a 10 min walk, was made all the easier by using the shopping trolley in the apartment. All the equipment and utensils throughout were of very high quality. Annie is was so nice to meet you and we look forward to seeing you on our next visit.

Dear Edward, sorry you were apparently not completely satisfied. That an urgent repair had to be done (1h)to a wall cabinet, which a previous tenant had damaged, was a necessity to prevent worse. I sincerely apologize to you if this was the reason.

Annie's property is everything home from home. Every little detail thought of. Locationn good near Mercadona and bus stop to El Ejido and Almeria. Lovely restaurants around 3 marinas easy walking distance. Beach 10mins walk. Apartment is so clean and fresh. Everything you could wish for. Attention to detail is first class. Fabulous apartment
Annie made us welcome from the word go. The check in process was very efficient. The apartment was beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed to make our stay extremely comfortable. Everything had been thought of. The ample terrace had a great view over the marina, and the supermarket was just a short walk away. We enjoyed relaxing, watching beautiful sunsets from the beach, and visiting some local sights. Thanks to Annie, who went above and beyond, we had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday. Enjoying your trip to Spain
My husband and I were very happy with the apartment It was on 3 marinas that had wonderful restaurants. We enjoyed walking for dinner and being able to have a glass of wine and not having to drive. Annie and Ivan were exceptional hosts, whenever we needed help they were available. Couldn't ask for a vacation that could be any better. Thankyou for making our vacation perfect!

Apartment was excellent - the owner had thought of everything and it was immaculate. Beautiful view over marina and the balcony is absolutely brilliant - large and sunny. Pool is a good size and very quiet when we there in June 2019. The location was lovely - fairly quiet mid June but that suited us - lots of bars and still reasonably lively at night without being too noisy. We hired bikes (good cycle lanes) and a car (a trip into the mountains was fantastic) and played golf - again fairly quiet which is wonderful. Definitely recommend the apartment and the location.

Our hostess( the owner) was incredibly helpful. Only One whatsapp was necessary for her to call and telll us she would be over to assist with whatever we needed .

High quality apartment which doesn't fail to impress.
Having stayed in another apartment in the building some years ago we knew what we were getting in terms of the location, facilities and ease of access from Almeria airport from where we had organised a hire car. Annie the owner met us there as agreed and showed us round and gave us a run down of the facilities available. She had certainly not missed out on anything and like the apartment everything in terms of fixtures and fittings was high quality. Where it came into its own was the large south facing sun terrace which overlooked part of the marina. Nicely furnished it was a perfect place to chill out through the day and well into the evening. Due to the excellent weather we often ate our evening meals out on the terrace. From a location point of view the golf course and marina are a one minute walk away and there is an excellent supermarket about 200 yards away. It is also worth noting that there is a very good tourist information office on the main road. We couldn't fault the accommodation nor the excellent hospitality and help given by the owners. If you intend to play golf then it is worth speaking to Ivan, Annie's husband, who kindly introduced me to the local golf society who meet 3 times a week and which I got to play in. Whether it is for a week or longer this apartment will not disappoint. Any return visit by us to Almerimar will involve trying to get this apartment again as I doubt there is a better one. What a lovely luxury apartment!
The photos do not do this property justice! It is just perfect! Inside the property was spotless with ample towels, all mod cons and even chairs to take to the beach! The terrace is sublime with a lovely sunny aspect all day. The property itself is situated very near (5 minute walk) to all amenities including restaurants, beach and supermarkets. I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment. My husband and I had a brilliant time and it felt just like home with the added bonus of the lovely hot sunny weather! Beautiful apartment with great views of the marina and the sea from the sun terrace. Lots of good bars and restaurants nearby and beaches only a 5 minutes walk, and an excellent swimming pool in the complex. The apartment is immaculate with all necessary appliances. Great views from the spacious terrace and ideally situated to take advantage of the many bars and restaurants in the area all within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying at this lovely apartment.

Modern appartement op perfecte locatie
Dit luxe appartement voldeed aan al onze verwachtingen. Moderne inrichting, een prachtige badkamer met een heerlijke douche, een ruim en comfortabel bed, een goed voorziene keuken en niet te vergeten een ruim en zonnig terras met heerlijke ligbedden. Alles zag er uit als nieuw! Daarnaast was gezorgd voor ( vaat) wastabletten, wasmiddelen, kruiden, olie, bloem e.d. Tot slot de ligging; pal aan de haven, vlak bij talloze restaurantjes en een grote supermarkt waar dagelijks verse broodjes kunnen worden gehaald. Wij komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Één woord, heerlijk!!!
Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd doorgebracht in dit appartement en bij uitbreiding in Almerimar! Wat een fantastisch verblijf! Alles is werkelijk aanwezig zelfs een winkel karretje zodat je niet hoeft te zeulen met je boodschappen! Het appartement is mooi ingericht met een moderne keuken en leefruimte, ruime badkamer met heerlijk instap douche en een gerieflijke en eveneens ruime slaapkamer met prima tweepersoonsbed. De leefruimte en slaapkamer geven uit op het grote en gezellige terras. Alles is kraaknet! Het appartement ligt aan de haven vlak bij het gezellige kleine centrum met een grote keuze aan horeca ( als ik toch iets mag aanbevelen, bar restaurant “El Algarbe” in een hoekje op het pleintje, gerund door Puri, laat haar maar kiezen wat je gaat eten 😁 typisch Spaans! De mercadona supermarkt is vlak om de hoek en het strand met de dichtstbijzijnde chiringuito is op nog geen 10 min wandelen! Ook nog het vermelden waard, en voor ons zeker een pluspunt, geen massa toerisme! De meeste toeristen zijn Spaans dus je ervaart toch nog wat van het “echte” Spanje 🇪🇸 😎. Dank je wel Annie voor deze heerlijke vakantie!!! We denken er met heimwee aan terug!

Beste huurders, jullie review is zo duidelijk om mijn appartement en Almerimar zo goed te omschrijven. Echt een gezellig Spaans dorpje ! Een verdoken juweeltje aan de Costa del Sol, rustig en nooit overvolle stranden. Kms lange wandel-en fietspaden langs de zee. Altijd welkom in de toekomst !

Les photos de l'appartement sont conforme . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié cette appartement très bien placé dans une résidence calme et propre . Nous avons été très bien accueillit et merci à notre hôtesse pour les petits présent lors de notre arrivé . Une décoration simple avec beaucoup de gout ,une très grande terrasse avec vue sur le port ,la chambre à coucher ,la salle de bain ainsi que l'espace de vie sont spacieux on se sent vite comme chez soi . le petit plus un rotor en français qui nous a permit de pouvoir regarder la télévision. Nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour correspondre avec notre hôtesse qui à toujours été à notre écoute . Merci encore pour ce belle appartement ou nous avions tous à notre disposition.

L'appartement offre toutes les commodités qui facilitent la vie! Le mobilier est très joli, très propre et en parfait état. L'appartement est idéalement placé, la voiture est inutile, la vue est exceptionnelle depuis la terrasse. La piscine sur place est un atout majeur, la plage à 10 min à pieds, le supermarché à 100m, les restaurants dans la Marina. La propriétaire est très à l'écoute et disponible. Cette location nous a enchantés!

A good advice
Take some photos of the apartment when you leave it at the end of your holidays – and wash the towels and floor mats. We were charged an ADDITIONAL cleaning fee of Euro 65 because the cleaning lady told our host that the apartment was left very dirty. We got no documentation. We were told that the towels and floor mats were very dirty and had to be washed. We have never before been charged for washing of towels. In our opinion washing of towels is part of the cleaning fee. We feel totally unfairly and badly treated and feel we have to warn others about this additional cleaning fee.

After 5 years of renting & 39 reviews with 5 stars from all previous tenants expressing full praise for their stay, .... your review is in stark contrast. The reason that an additional cleaning had to be paid is indeed that the apartment was left in a very dirty state. No one has to wash towels & carpets before they leave. But after you left, all the towels were found so filthy that they needed washing twice. Also all the carpets, extremely dirty, could not be offered to subsequent tenants. My apartment guarantees perfect cleaning. Your nonchalant attitude to not keep your used towels clean for yourself during a 2 week stay, explains your great nonchalant attitude to leave both 2 key bunches inside the apartment when you go swimming. We had to call in several people who could help you get back in. You thanked me profusely. But found that this too had no price. Upon your departure, all contents of cabinets, glasses, cutlery and cooking pots were additionally cleaned as a precaution. As an owner, I never experienced this before.

Je suis très heureux que les locataires expriment des avis très positifs sur mon appartement. Pouvoir regarder toutes les chaînes de France (routeur spécial) est une faveur exceptionnelle. Pas évident en Espagne. Un Grand merci ! !!

Erholung in Almerimar
Wir fanden eine sehr schöne große Wohnung vor mit einer sehr großen sonnigen Terrasse. Der Empfang durch die Vermieter war sehr herzlich und sehr informativ. Weitere Informationen erfolgten durch Handy und persönlich. Schöne Spaziergaenge könnten wir auf den Promenaden am Strand machen und Ausflüge in die Sierra Nevada. Tranquilidad en apartamento impecable
La limpieza es excepcional, pagas 60 euros pero puedes entrar con la tranquilidad como si fuera tu casa. La terraza, como indica la foto, permite disfrutar del aire libre y las vistas a la marina. Zona muy tranquila, con buenos bares y restaurantes. Con Mercadona a 50 metros. La piscina es tranquila y la da el sol todo el día. La temperatura del agua refresca sin sentir nada de frío. Todo permite una estancia con lo que necesitas y con una tranquilidad envidiable. Excelente.

Me siento halagado y muy satisfecho de leer su apreciación. También por el cumplido para la señora de la limpieza. Como propietario, para mí es fundamental que todo esté súper limpio. Cubiertos, vasos, ollas, todo en función de los inquilinos. Seguiremos haciéndolo. Fueron grandes inquilinos. Nos gustaría volver a verle en el futuro.

Todo perfecto, limpieza, atención, situación, etc. El apartamento es tal como aparece en las fotografías, muy cómodo y acogedor, disfrutamos de la hermosa terraza pues el tiempo acompaña y ahí hicimos la vida. La situación es ideal, todo cerca y sin necesidad de utilizar vehiculo.

perfect mooi appartement met zeer groot terras
Allereerst een dikke pluim voor de eigenares Annie die van begin af aan zeer aanspreekbaar was. En zeker in deze Corona tijden was er vooraf zeer veel communicatie daardoor maar ook ervoor al. Appartement is heel netjes onderhouden en wat ook handig is dat wasmiddelen, alsook douche en shampoo e.d. aanwezig is. Net zoals de nodige kruiden voor het eten. Dus over het appartement enkel maar positief net zoals het contact met Annie. Ze had zelfs een nieuwe tafel besteld voor ons omdat we met drie waren en het tafeltje dat aanwezig was nogal klein was.

zalige vakantie
We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit gezellig en kraaknet appartement met uitzicht op haventje. Met de tip van onze gastvrouw Annie hadden we tijdens ons verblijf een gezellige stranduitbating ontdekt met ideale strandstoelen en strandbar in de buurt, ideaal om te relaxen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar Nerja, Motril, Almeria...

Prachtig luxe appartement!
Prachtig appartement voorzien van alle gemakken. Leuke locatie aan de jachthaven. Zeer schoon! Advertentie kwam precies overeen met de foto’s en beschrijving. Na de corona uitbraak toch twijfelachtig om te gaan maar we hadden prima contact met de verhuurder. De verhuurder stelde ons gerust met lokale informatie over corona. Ze is dan ook zeer betrokken, heel gastvrij en doet er alles aan om het de gasten zo aangenaam mogelijk te maken. We kregen ook allerlei leuke tips over restaurants, winkelen en bezienswaardigheden. Een aanrader!
