Top Notch!

Hotel Fasano is located outside Punta Del Este in a somewhat remote location. It is pricey, but absolutely out-of-this-world beautiful! Staff, service and accommodations were impeccable. David, the manager, is hands-on, very responsive, and on top of everything. We will be back!

Beautiful resort, poor services

Stayed Saturday to Monday. Poor check in, very slow, staff appeared to lack interest in customers. An hour to get a room. On Sunday WiFi not available in our room all day. No solution given. Spent 4 days and 4 nights at Hotel del Lago with my wife for a vacation and to golf. The staff was great, extremely helpful and hospitable.
