"The hotel commands a stunning position overlooking Puerto de la Cruz and if you choose an Ocean View room you will get both, a wonderful sight to wake up to.
We ate in one of the hotels restaurants and the food was outstanding. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we hope to return one day..

"Pros: La limpieza y la ubicación.
Cons: En la piscina teniamos música , no muy alta, y vi o un propietario de muy malas formas muy maleducado. Creo que le falta una zona donde podamos oír música, bailar y pasarlo bien. Somos personas de 50 años, o sea que no sería un escándalo. De resto muy bien todo."

"Pros: Die Gastfreundlichkeit, Abgeschiedenheit der Unterkunft und das Flair (Meerblick mit Sonnenaufgang) waren atemberaubend. Kein Massentourismus - wer das sucht, ist hier falsch. Mietwagen ist erforderlich.
Nandy hat die Unterkunft mit viel Liebe und Hingabe errichtet und das spiegelt zu 100% seine Persönlichkeit und den Umgang mit Gästen wieder. Ein ganz besonderer Geheimtipp"

"Bei der Ankunft hatten wir wieder einen gefüllten Kühlschrank und Obstkorb. Die Vermieter waren, wie immer, sehr freundlich. Nach einer Woche wurden Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Es war ein schöner und entspannter Urlaub. Ein Auto ist allerdings Pflicht."

"whilst I loved the peaceful location, the facilities of the property were rather tired and dingy. Photos of property are deceptively brightly lit when in fact rooms are dark due to the enclosed courtyard that windows look out on. Showers were barely adequate although plenty of hot water. Towels and sheets were thin and in need of replacement. "
