I really wanted to give 5 stars, but a few issues made the stay less enjoyable. We stayed for three nights, and no housekeeper ever came to clean the room. Just to be clear, I did not have the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door.
Another major inconvenience was leaving the parking lot. I spent about 30 minutes waiting because the gate wouldn’t open, and at least four cars ahead of me were stuck as well. This same issue happened the last time I stayed here, which is frustrating.
Lastly, the “view room” I paid extra for only offered a direct view of the Paris Hotel building, which was disappointing. On the positive side, I did receive a partial refund for that.
Unfortunately, with these repeated issues, I’m considering staying at the Bellagio next time.
