location and views were good. check in experience was off- no one met us outside to help with luggage into hotel. while breakfast was generally decent, the rest of the menu from snack bar and room service menu was very limited and not varied. quality of food and flavors were disappointing. wait staff however were friendly & helpful. spa facilities wasn’t that great. pool jacuzzi was not hot and the sauna never reached proper temperature. and for a hotel showcasing view of the sea, very dissatisfied that it did not have an outdoor pool. lastly, we did not have hot water in the shower on our last morning before check out. all rather a disappointing experience other than nice views and rooms. i wouldn’t recommend

Lovely property, but avoid the single room with no view. The property itself is lovely—peacefully located away from the hectic city center, but still an easy and beautiful walk or quick bus ride into town. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay, especially with recommendations for a short visit to San Sebastián. My only disappointment was the room I booked. I stayed in a single room with essentially no view, which felt especially unfortunate when many of the other rooms appeared to have terraces or beautiful views. The room felt quite claustrophobic as a result, particularly given the steep price. I really enjoyed the hotel otherwise and would stay again, but I would strongly recommend not booking the single room with no view. At this price point, I would choose one of the rooms with a terrace or view instead.
