Fidalsa 5 Stars Deluxe

Spectacular newly built home in El Campello, near Cala Amerador.

The house features air conditioning throughout, 4 spacious bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, and 1 guest toilet, designed to provide maximum comfort.

It includes a private plot and an outdoor heated pool, available from March to October, perfect for enjoying much of the year.

The property is equipped with all modern conveniences, ideal for stays with family or friends. Its location is excellent: the tram is just a 5-minute walk away, providing easy access to the entire coast and the town center.

A peaceful and privileged setting in a beautiful location, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Mediterranean.
Located on Calle Ibi, the property is in a quiet and well-situated residential area of El Campello, ideal for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The neighborhood is known for its family-friendly atmosphere, calm streets, and excellent proximity to all services: supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, pharmacies, and public transport—all within easy reach. It’s a practical area designed for everyday convenience without any hassle.

Additionally, it is very close to Muchavista Beach, one of the widest and most appreciated beaches in the area, perfect for long walks, beach days, and outdoor activities. Great property

Very new and really nice property. It had all the fixtures and fittings you could want and was a very good use of space. The only question is location which is a little out of the way, but a 10 minute walk takes you to some local bars and restaurants and a further 10 minutes takes you to the town which has everything you could need. Highly recommend it.

Nice villa , quite overlooked but not really a problem . The villa next door seems to have less restrictions on who rents it though so we did have a party house for half of our stay .The downstairs living room contains a double bed and sofa bed . It worked well for our party as my sister and husband had it as a little apartment.It’s quite remote nothing much you can walk to except the tram stop . Note the last tram is about 10.30 pmHad a lovely stay and communication was good until we arrived and had problems with the neighbours but I guess there was nothing to be done .

Villa El Campello

Villa was lovely and modern, very well equipped kitchen,lovely and spacious, not enough towels for 8 of us and there weren’t any towels for the pool!! The host sent the cleaner with more towels, but pool ones never arrived!! very quiet location, closest supermarket was 25 min walk or 6 min in taxis, this was the same to get to the beach, which was very authentic, not many tourists a lot of lovely restaurants, all staff wherever were very friendly and welcoming !! Would definitely stay again. Thank you Lola for all your help through out the booking and our stay.

Very nice villa, we enjoyed the outdoor spaces, the bbq and the pool! Great place to spend your vacation with familyfriends. There is plenty of space and the decoration and electrical appliances are really nice and up to date. The neighborhood is quiet and calmed, and a few minutes walking from the beach!

We stayed a week at 5 Deluxe and enjoyed every minute of it. The space was really comfortable and homely and we loved how comfy the bed was. We also liked the thoughtful touches of providing BBQ, heated pool and all amenities for guests to use. We found that the neighbourhood was quiet and safe. The home was very conveniently located just a few minutes walk away from the beach and the tram metro so was a great base for exploring Alicante and Benidorm. We would have gladly stayed here for longer if the place wasn&#39t already booked. We are so happy we found this space and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great value stay in the heart of Alicante coast
