"The apartment is very nice, bright and modern. It is very clean, spacious and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable which is important when you are traveling. The apartment is walking distance to to restaurants and shops. Ruben, is very nice and helpful. Definitely will recommend staying here. "

"El apartamento muy bien, limpio y muy nuevo. Te dejan justo justo papel higienico, no hay ni jabon para lavarse las manos. Las instalaciones del gimnasio se nota que lo ha montado alguien que no va al gimnasio, imposible hacer poco mas que cardio. Piscina pequeña y pocas tumbonas para lo grande que es el hotel. Desayuno bueno; mucha variedad de bolleria y pan pero poco de proteina. El check out a las 10 am.y hay que sacar la basura y dejar todo ordenado...un poco mas tarde estaria bien, ya que...

"I would have rated the property much higher save for two issues. The good part was that the property was well located for us near major routes. It was spacious and clean. The bad part was that we didn't have any heat for the first half of our stay when outside temperature was 2 degrees. The other problem was check-in which supposed to be from 4-8pm but there was no-one there. After an hour we had to have someone call as their message service wasn't working. 15 minutes later someone arrived...

"Friendly lady reception staff at the Hotel Arcs where we collected our key for our apartment 604, receptionist walked out of hotel to point to the green garage gates for our secure parking which was underneath the apartments and a couple of minutes walk away. The apartment was spacious and light, kitchen a bit tired but more than adequate, plenty of utensils and very clean. Only used the one bedroom, bed was firm which suited us, white cotton sheets. Sitting area relaxing and spacious. Was rainy...

"When we arrived (girlfriend and 4 year old daughter), we were greeted by friendly staff which was great and at first glance the room/hotel was also great. There were a few let downs but we did not argue/complain as the cost was relatively cheap and we are generally easy going people. Im afraid the worst bit for us was the beds & pillows - they were extremely firm and did not give a good night sleep at all. I hate to say but towards the end of the holiday, I dreaded going to bed. "Nos pusieron 2 toallas de ducha y dos de baño para 4 días y 4 personas,nos faltaban sábanas para las dos camas abatibles,se iba la luz al poner el microondas,la cafetera tenía rota el asa...al coger el café caliente había que hacer malabares y en general le hace falta renovación de mobiliario,los digas con manchas y quemaduras de cigarrillo,por lo demás la estancia bien,camas cómodas y bien ubicado el lugar."

"Apartment smelled of smoke, washing machine door broken, no cooker , beds uncomfortable very very hard like sleeping on floor. Towel change once a week, no cleaning , cutlery- we had to buy a knife as theirs blunt. Surroundings of building dirty , broken pipes, does not look like the picture. Other hotel - gym dirty and only few equipment , need a car to drive up to it. Very very basic overall. Reception not there on weekends and one day in the week."
