"What a gem of a hotel! Beautiful exterior, and the indoor decor makes you feel warm and cozy. The owners and staff were so friendly and welcoming we felt right at home. The rooms are spacious, well thought-out, comfortable and immaculate. We opted to pay a little extra to have dinner included; the meal was delicious. Sadly, our schedule only allowed one night's stay; hopefully we'll get to return for a more leisurely visit."

The breakfast and facilities (pool, sauna etc) all looked good although I didn’t use them. I will have no hesitation about returning to this hotel! "Very nice property but they do not have a shuttle. I would not recommend this property for anyone who is coming to Sölden without a car as the taxis will gouge you (25 euro for a short drive into town)."

- can hear neighbours blowing noses and foot steps
- not enough hot water, cold showers
- no latches for security, cleaning staff walked into our unit startling our young children on our last day!
- cleaning staff yelled at my children for being 5 mins late, this is unacceptable
- management will talk back, they are condensding and not accommodating
- no soap, not enough towels
- do not use bread service, it's not accessible
- parking is very tight, garage drains don't work
- positives, nice design, nice kitchen, towel rack is heated
- pillows are uncomfortable
