"We stayed two nights during in late June. The views were just breathtaking!! Staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a hotel with lots of history. Highly recommended."
"Mooi gebouw, weg van de hoofdstraat, veel parkeerruimte, oog voor details in alle ruimtes van de verschillende houten panden en leuk ogende tuin met veel verschillende zithoeken."
"Great room, large, clean and functional. Lots of room for our family.
We went for breakfast at 730 and there wasnt much, old salad, a little ham, salami and cheese, a plate of watermelon and breads and crackers. There was a machine to give orange juice and milk, but it was out of orange juice. As we were leaving, about 810, a guy came un ad added more, better looking food (he was putting out yogert as we left).
I would still recommend the hotel for the room, but the breakfast was...

"The room and the view were excellent. Very historical and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and thoughtful. We arrived very late after the reception was closed and Margo even left us some hot water for tea. Great stay, would definitely visit again "
Spectacular Norwegian Fjord with unbeatable view, sauna and hot tub

"This villa rental experience has been one of the best ever for several reasons, and we're been renting villas for years worldwide.First is the huge, tranquil view, one of the best fjord-side views in all of Norway. The house has a large wraparound terrace from which the entire view envelops you in a 180 degree sweep. Before you, across the fjord are the Sunnmore Alps, one of Norway's premiere mountain climbing and hiking areas, just a 7 minute ferry ride away.Second, the little village of Saebo and its environs have limited mass tourism and retain Norway's pastoral rural character that elsewhere has been long overrun by the cruise ship crowds.Third is the house, a large, solidly built and well maintained and equipped traditional structure. The large open plan main floor is especially attractive, with the view surrounding you through the wrap-around widows. And last, but not least is Per Ove, the house's owner, who is one of the most responsive and accommodating hosts without being intrusive we've encountered. We will soon be back.Anne M."
"This was the perfect getaway and recharge in the middle of our two week honeymoon trip. It was very calm and relaxing. They have lovely areas outside, downstairs, and upstairs to relax or play games. They have outdoor fire pits and hot tubs. They allowed us to join the Viking dinner experience at the last minute (we didn’t see the email invite the day before). We highly recommend joining for the Viking dinner experience and we highly recommend staying here. The food and drinks were amazing. We will be back for our anniversary one year! The staff were so kind and helpful and gave us great recommendations for our trip. "

"Very nice staff at the check-in desk even though we arrived late at night, helped us to figure out the sightseeing locations and driving routes. Gave us heads-up of closed roads and guidance for ferry reservation. Really appreciated her help! The hotel location was with beautiful viewing of Fjord, located nearby Euro road in quiet countryside, spacious dining room and nice breakfast. Very nice experience traveling by car driving. "
