Well priced, nicely maintained countryside accommodation with excellent restaurant adjacent. Safe courtyard parking close to room. Pleasant owner - English speaking.

Surprise after Breakfast!
Basic hotel. However, the cleanliness one expects in a German hotel wasn't carried over here. It was clean but not to the usual German standards. The location of the hotel is in the countryside not in a town or city. The surprise after breakfast was that we had to pay for our breakfast. The advert for the hotel said that breakfast was included in the price but they required us to pay an additional cost even though we did not eat anything other than what was provided for all guests.

Das Hotel "Zur Erholung" ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Im Zimmer löst sich die Tapete von der Wand. Das Mobiliar ist auch sehr alt, aber noch funktionabel. Die Bilder in der Werbung zeugen von besseren Zeiten. Das Frühstück hingegen muss sich nicht verstecken. Hier wird dem Gast reichlich angeboten. Die regulären Übernachtungsgäste scheinen eher Monteure zu sein. Für eine anspruchslose Übernachtung geeignet.

unbedingt zu empfehlen
es ist wirklich ein rundum sorglos Paket. Liegt zwar etwas abseits von Ortschaften an der Landstraße, was man auch gelegentlich hört, entschädigt aber mit modernem Haus, super freundlichem Personal und guten Frühstück. Auf gleichem Grundstück eine first class Gastronomie in einem super schönen Garten mit hervorragender Bedienung, toller Küche und sehr aufmerksamem Personal. Dazu stimmen Preis Leistung perfekt. Das Bier ist auch gut und ordentlich temperiert. Im Hotel bietet man auch einen sehr schönen Service zu den in erreichbarer Nähe liegenden Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie Autostadt Wolfsburg, Mühlenmuseum Gifhorn, Celle, Vogelpark Walsrode, inkl. Ticketverkauf. 100% Weiterempfehlung, auch von unseren Kunden, die wir hier einquartieren

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Etwas langer Weg (45 km) nach Hannover, aber bei CEBIT-Preisen in Hannover eine echte Alternative.

An einer Bundesstraße liegend, ein funktionales, schmuckloses Gebäude. Zimmer lieblos eingerichtet. Wasserdruck im Badezimmer minimal. Spartanische Kleiderbügel, teilweise aus Metall. Unter dem Bett lag eine Clementine. Standardisiertes Frühstücksbüfett, Butter ungekühlt, Marmelade aus Portionsschachteln. Keine Seife im Restaurant-Toilettenbereich

Mangels Ausschilderung bei manchen Anfahrtswegen nur schwer zu findendes Hotel. Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt mit reichlichem Frühstücksbuffet lokaler Spezialitäten, insb. Wurst und Gesundes, eben was dazu gehört. Gute Betten, Zimmer nicht modern, keine Pflegeutensilien, auch nicht auf Anfrage. Wiederkommen gerne, weil angenehme Atmosphäre, Ruhe.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer sauber, das Personal freundlich und das Frühstück reichhaltig. Der Zugang zum WLAN ist umständlich gelöst. Alles in allem eine Empfehlung wert.

Stille og rolig beliggenhet.
Flott og rolig. Trivelig og fin restaurant tilknyttet hotellet med god mat. Kun et minus at det luktet gammel røyk på badet og ingen såpe tilgjengelig i dusjen. (Tom dispenser)

Helt ok hotel med de basis ting man har brug for. Pænt og rent alle vegne, men ikke specielt charmerende og med placering helt ud til vejen. Det kan dog anbefales at spise på den tilstødende kro, hvor service er i top og maden er god gedin tysk kvalitet til en meget rimelig pris, Så alt i alt et fint sted til en enkelt overnatning.

Bra hotell för slantarna. Ligger lantligt men har nästgårds en bra restaurant. Fantastiskt frukostutbud för ett litet hotell. Hög kvalitet på maten. Kan rekommenderas för den som är på genomresa och vill slippa Autobahn och dess buller. Närheten till den fantastiska staden Celle och Bergen-Belsen gör att detta hotell kan rekommenderas.
