"2 people sleeping in the kitchen is not so nice. That room is too small with 2 adults and 4 big children. We didn’t like to eat inside where it was hot, and the place outside was not for us unfortunately. Then this terrace should not have been used for photo’s on the site. The church bells make too much noise. But it was very clean and the bathroom is nice, only the floor gets really wet when showering. "

"Pros: Die Ferienwohnung hat uns super gefallen. Sie hat eine top Lage, liegt direkt am Marktplatz. Trotz dessen war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben die Fewo für unseren Besuch im Europapark und Rulantica ausgewählt. Die Entfernung war sehr kurz und auf dem Weg lagen mehrere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Rewe, DM, etc.) Es war alles sehr sauber, die Betten waren bequem und uns hat nichts gefehlt. Sogar ein eigener Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage war vorhanden. Für die „Schlüsselabholung“ wurde uns versehentlich...

"We stayed in the apartment on the top floor. There was so much space with a full sitting room and a small kitchenette. Beautiful view of the cathedral. The ceiling beams added to the charm, but you needed to watch your head. The shower was tight and the bed hard. The staff was great and the location excellent. We parked in the saint Josse parking per staff suggestion and walked in (3 euros). Breakfast was very tasty and a great variety. We would book again ."

"The apartment was very nice but is in need of some maintenance. Lights were burned out at the bedside & a plug receptacle was partially pulled out of the wall, also at the bedside. The drapes in the living room area, were coming off the hanging hardware. The staff were great & very helpful. The next issue is really a Hotels.com issue. When we tried to navigate to any location on our trip(rental car was used), the location of each property came up on the navigation system as Unknown Location instead of the name of the property. Thus, we found our selves on busy unfamiliar streets close to but not exactly at the front entrance of the facility. Also, specific information regarding actual location to where to park for each facility would be helpful. In many cases, the actual property name is not the exact name on the front of the hotel/apartment."

"The staff was great and the location was perfect. The breakfast in the morning was a great way to start the day. The room was a little on the smaller side, but did not take away the charm of hotel. The staff were super accommodating for gluten free items which are a plus. The offsite parking was reasonable and a nice parking area. They did have a four space garage but required a tiny car."

"The hotel is excellent for anyone going to Europa park and rulantica, we did everything on public transport and walking, the bus stop is 1 minute walking from the hotel. The walk to the park entrance is about 20 minutes, when leaving the park we used the hotels exit in the Spanish area. Two supermarkets nearby with good bakeries for breakfast, the hotel offers a microwave in the reception. I just wish the room had a mini fridge"

"This is an amazing hotel if you are going to use trains or buses. The breakfast is excellent. We had a newly refurbished room with a good outlook so that was good. However, there was no easy chair despite neighbouring rooms having two. We asked a couple of times for a chair to no avail. We’d have given five stars otherwise"
