"I will dispute the charges for that awefull one night stay and possible charges for the 2day I canceled becausr of room air conditioning and poisoning bug kill treatment and a dirty clogged up toilet"

"When we arrived at 11pm. We went to our room, there was 2 pillows without pillow cases. The pillows were stained and need of replacing. The hotel did not have any extra blankets. There was a broken window on one of the bottom floor rooms that was covered with a black trash bag. The freeway noise was really loud."
