This is a great little hotel to stay in while in New York. Cheap, cheerful and you get what you pay for. Hotel St James were very accommodating when our flight got cancelled twice. They were able to amend our booking the first before we arrived and out flight home got cancelled due to weather and they allowed us to stay for an extra night. Rooms are basic but have everything you need and cleaners came every morning to give us fresh towels, and made the bed etc.
