"The location is great, just a short walk from both the Old Town and the central train station. My friend's apartment faced the street and had a nice view, while mine looked onto the courtyard. At first I thought I was missing out, but it turned out to be much quieter than I expected. Sleeping so peacefully right in the city center was a pleasant surprise. "The room and breakfast were great. We had a problem with our air con unit making a noise (unfortunately through the night) but they managed to fix it the next day. The cleaner needs to be careful not to leave dirty footprints in the bathroom when cleaning the room!"

"Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, and this wasn't my first visit. I have stayed here several times over the past year. The breakfast was very good, with a wide variety of food to choose from, including options for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians. Most of the staff were friendly and polite. However, there were a few issues that affected my experience. Room cleaning was inconsistent. Sometimes the room was cleaned very quickly, and basic things were forgotten, such as emptying the bin or replacing the tea and coffee supplies. During my previous stays, housekeeping was much more thorough, so this was disappointing. The biggest issue was the Wi-Fi. The connection constantly dropped or stopped working completely. We reported this to reception and were told someone would look into it, but unfortunately nothing improved during our stay. Reliable internet is very important, especially for guests who need it for work or communication. Although the staff were generally friendly, there were a few occasions when it felt as though requests for assistance were treated more as an inconvenience than with genuine willingness to help. I hope these issues can be improved because this hotel has always been one of my preferred places to stay, and I would like to continue returning in the future."

"Loved the room design with the brickwork as cooled down the room. Worth getting the spa deals especially in this heat we are having at the moment. Try and get a room facing the inwards towards the top of the spa or a higher floor. It might not be the best view but you won't hear all the noice outside as being on the 2nd level we could hear music from the bar next to the hotel and across the road. The location is perfect with a shopping mall with food court across the road and just being inside the old town makes it easy to get around and easy access to buses/trains/trams etc. Only couple of downsides the noise and children in the spa. I go to a spa to relax not listen to scream kids or kids having swimming lessons in the poo."
