"Good clean hotel friendly staff good food in restaurant "

"We have stayed here before and it is a good practical option for us when we visit family. It is clean modern and nice and warm. We have stayed twice before in different rooms, both of which were bigger than the one we had this time. It would really have been more suitable for a single guest. That being said, we did manage ok for 2 nights. We did notice the noise from other guests a bit more this time than we did before. The location is ideal as there are shops, bars and decent restaurants nearby, as well as the train station with links to Glasgow and Prestwick Airport. The owner is quick to respond to any queries and messages which is good. We will stay again. "

"I was sent an email by someone named Edith saying she was the host and to reach out if there were problems We arrived and the thermostat was not working When I called I received a call center and not Edith I had to go and buy batteries myself and repair it myself It was late and cold I tried twice to get the problem fixed I only heard from "Edith" the next morning who informed me that she only works 8-4 Make sure your problems are 8-4 Now with that said The apartment was well kept and centrally located for us to walk about our hometown "

The grounds are maintained to perfection and all of the beautiful wild life you encounter makes you feel like a little child again. I could not recommend this property more than enough. Daisy has a well presented properly that is picturesque and suitable for a life recharge.Do not swipe past this property it is perfect."
