- Modernes und gemütliches Ferienhaus (115 m², 2026 renoviert) in ruhiger Lage am Ortsrand von Eggstedt für bis zu 7 Personen und 2 (Klein-)Kinder: Große gemütliche Wohnküche mit Kochinsel, Essbereich, 2 Sofas (mit Schlafgelegenheit) und TV; 2 Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett (1,40 und 1,60 m), 1 Schlaf-/Kinderzimmer mit 3 Schlafgelegenheiten (ausziehbares Etagenbett); 1 Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne, WC und Sauna. Die private Sauna grenzt an das Badezimmer und bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Personen. Großzügiger Garten mit Terrasse, Grill, Spielmöglichkeiten und Baumhaus. 2 Kinderbetten und 1 Hochstuhl sind vorhanden. Auf Wunsch inkl. Handtüchern und Bettwäsche. Fahrräder können bei den Gastgebern ausgeliehen werden.
Weitere Ausstattung: High-Speed-WLAN, Waschmaschine, Trockner, überdachte Terrasse, Balkon, Arbeitsplatz sowie 2 Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück. Das Haus ist im Innenbereich stufenfrei zugänglich. Tischtennis, Spielzeug und Bücher für Kinder stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. In der Nähe befinden sich ein Spielplatz, eine Bushaltestelle sowie ein Tennisplatz in wenigen Gehminuten.
