• The smaller apartment on the ground floor, to the right, consists of two rooms.
• A larger apartment extends over two floors and offers five bedrooms. This apartment is popular with families. Alternatively, the five bedrooms can be rented individually to tradespeople. In this case, the kitchen, living room, and bathrooms are shared.
• Garage and bicycle storage are available for a fee, by prior arrangement on site.
• Use of the washing machines is available for a fee.
• The farm buildings with stables are still in agricultural use.
