You live in our romantic, unique farmhouse with historical roots. Our farm was completely rebuilt just 7 km northwest of Lake Chiemsee, nestled in a fantastic lake landscape. Relax in one of the ten exclusive holiday apartments with real Chiemgau farmhouse parlors, historic tiled stoves, solid wooden ceilings, fairytale vaults and handcrafted furniture. Each of our dream apartments has two or three bedrooms with unusual, cozy sleeping worlds. In addition to the fairytale atmosphere, we offer state-of-the-art equipment in every apartment such as dishwasher, microwave, W-LAN, telephone, satellite TV, DVD, CD + MP3 player, radio, fully automatic ventilation, whirlpool (jacuzzi) and other amenities. Breakfast service, equipment for small children, medieval vaulted cellar, sauna, table tennis, children's play area, adventure playground, lawn, washing machine, dryer. For those interested, there is also a stable with farm animals, the cattle and calves look forward to your visit. There are also rabbits, guinea pigs, cats and chickens for petting. As cozy as before, comfortable as today.

Rund um gelungener Urlaub

Ein wirklich gelungener Urlaub. Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr schöne Einrichtung. Gut ausgestattet. Sehr nette Gastgeber. Für Kinder ein echtes Paradies. Sehr attraktive Region mit großartigen Freizeitangeboten. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Eine hochwertig und liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, bei der alle Details stimmen! Der gesamte Hof ist wunderschön gestaltet und bietet viele Möglichkeiten um sich zu entspannen. Für die Kinder stehen eine Reihe von Spielmöglichkeiten, wie eine Spielscheune mit vielen Kettcars, ein großer Spielkeller und ein Spiel- und Bolzplatz zur Verfügung . In der näheren Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Freizeitangebote und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten die den Urlaub sehr kurzweilig machen. Wir würden den Hof jederzeit weiterempfehlen! Familie B. aus Nürnberg

Fuer uns alle, ein Traum!

Es war wunderschoen auf dem Hagerhof. Wir haben uns ganz toll erholt und unser Sohn hat sich ausgetobt und sehr viel Spass gehabt, es haette nicht besser sein koennen. Die "Weberei" war genau wie abgebildet und wir fuehlten uns sehr gut betreut. Wir freuen uns darauf wiederzukommen -- auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert!

Erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wir (2 Erw. + 2 Kinder ( 3 Jahre und 4 Monate) haben eine Woche auf dem Hagerhof verbracht. Der Hof wird liebevoll geführt und ist wirklich sehr ordentlich. Die Ferienwohnung "Weberei" liegt im ersten Stock und hat eine ideale Lage für Familien mit Kindern. Blick in den Hof und zur Schaukel und Rutsche. Tolle Fahrzeuge, Sandkasten es ist alles da. Auch für Erwachsene stehen zahlreiche Bücher und ein paar Zeitschriften zur Verfügung. Im Hühnerstall konnte jederzeit nach Eiern gesucht werden, was unserer Tochter besonders gut gefallen hat. Diese konnten wir ohne Bedenken auf dem Hof spielen lassen. Mit der Ferienwohnung waren wir mehr als zufrieden. Sie ist super gemütlich und vor allem sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Ausstattung ist gehoben, wir haben nichts vermisst. Babyausstattung ist vorhanden und kann vorher geordert werden. Das Kinderzimmer konnte voll verdunkelt werden. Vom Hof aus sind zahlreiche Ausflüge in Richtung Chiemsee oder Berge in nächster Nähe. Der Hartsee ist zu Fuß zu erreichen und ein besonders schöner Badesee. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub.

Traumhafter Bauernhof-Urlaub - für Klein UND Groß!

Als wir ankamen, war ich sprachlos. Hof und Wohnungen vor Ort waren wirklich genauso schön, wie auf den Fotos von Website und Broschüre!!! (Häufig ist es doch so: Man sieht die Fotos, findet etwas schön, bucht die Reise und merkt dann, dass die Wirklichhkeit von Möbeln und Ausstattung gaaaanz anders aussieht...) Alle Möbel und alle Details, vom Spülbecken in der Küche bis zum Toilettenpapierhalter, sind individuell angefertigt, alles massiv und hochwertig. Absolut genial geplant und gestaltet. Keine geschmacklose Möbelhaus-Einrichtung. Wowh, das ist besonders. Selbst bei den Küchenutensilien und Haushaltsgeräten ist alles erste Sahne - was letztlich dazu beiträgt, dass Küchenarbeit im Urlaub gut von der Hand ging und Spaß machte. Wäre das Wetter nicht so toll gewesen, hätten wir bestimmt auch mal die hauseigene Sauna ausprobiert. Unserem Sohn war es eine Woche lang nicht ein einziges Mal langweilig: im Kuhstall die Kälbchen füttern und streicheln, beim Melken zusehen, Traktoren bewundern, Hasen füttern, Hühner besuchen, in der Scheune im Heu toben, mit einem der vielen Kettcars (von winzig bis riesig) fahren oder in dem wunschlos glücklich machend ausgestatteten Spielkeller spielen. Und jeden morgen diese köstliche frische Milch trinken! Der Abschied gestern fiel uns schwer. Und zwar nicht nur unserem Sohn, der Tiere und Spielparadies vermissen wird. Sondern auch uns Eltern. Denn zum ersten Mal hatten wir eine Urlaubsunterkunft zum Rundum-Wohlfühlen, so dass selbst Regentage nicht lästig waren. Wir werden wieder kommen. Und dann auch gewiss wieder die Weberei wählen. Man hat vom ersten Stock eine tolle Aussicht, sowohl über die Felder, als auch in den Hof, um das wilde Treiben der Kids zu sehen. Und ein so traumhaftes Elternbett! Vielen Dank für diese herrliche Woche bei Ihnen. Ein großes Kompliment an das Urlaubsparadies, das Sie auf Ihrem Hof geschaffen haben. Und auch für Ihre tagtägliche Arbeit der Land- und Viehwirtschaft!
