"Pros: Room and building have character | Located in a main street so I felt safe | Comfortable bed | Power sockets were in the right places | Clean room | Very helpful staff (as they ordered my taxi to the bus station just in time)
Suggestions for improvement: Safe couldn't be opened | ramp or lift for suitcases / accessibility (only a few short steps up to first floor where my room was) | install USB power sockets | Provide moisturiser | Reception not being 24/7 was a bit scary at first, but they picked up my call to provide self-check-in instructions"

"Beautiful property with very large rooms, and everything you need. A very good shower and comfortable beds. The discount in the bar next door was a bonus, and a great place to drink! The service on check in was very welcoming and even got our laundry done for a small fee. Recommended to get a taxi if not driving from bus station as walking with cases on cobblestone is a tough one! Wish we could stay one more night!"
