"Our visit started with a broken elevator, so carrying all our luggage up to the 4. Floor was a bit of a hassle. Once we got to our room, we were pleasantly surprised. "This is an excellent hotel. The decor was warm and modern, our room was a decent size, staff were friendly and the breakfast buffet was good. The location could not be better for transport with the rail station, bus terminal and a large taxi rank right outside. All the main Salzburg attractions are within walking distance. One small gripe, despite our requests the tea and coffee in the room were not replenished, we were told they'd run out of coffee sachets. But for this it rates 5/5. "
