"I hate to write negative things, this inn has many things going for it. The mattress in room 6, however, badly needs to be replaced. You sink in about six inches when you sit and the springs squeak and groan every time you move. There is only one accessible grounded outlet by the door. Other outlets are concealed behind furniture. Ungrounded extension cords are provided. The market next door which presumably provides a free breakfast wasn't open for the season yet. Other than that, the room was...

"We had a wonderful stay at Hearthside Inn! The location was perfect for walking to downtown shops and restaurants. The room was very clean, the bedding was super comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious each morning. Friendly staff and a wonderful overall experience — would definitely stay again!"

"The place was beautiful, the rooms are large and clean. It’s about 15 minute walk from the main street so location is good as well, not too crowded . Highly recommend . Also noticed that gift shop prices at the hotel are actually slightly lower than in town if you want to buy any last minute souvenirs."
