Lovely place !

The location is great and the village and the surroundings are lovely. The hotel and the restaurant are really nice. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff is nice and helpful.

Nice place to have a Stay 😉

Checkin was very welcomming. Nice big quiet room, comfortable double bed. Bathroom and shower in Top. Restaurent with nice menu, and exelent food. Breakfast was super. Good location in a small town, close to autobahn. We will come back.

Cozy little hotel

Great and cozy little hotel. The breakfast was good, service was good and the room was nice. Only thing is that there is no air con, so the room got very warm.

Hyggeligt hotel

Godt hotel, god beliggenhed v Lüneburger Heide Rummeligt værelse og badeværelse, god seng. Desværre lå vores værelse på et hjørne ud til hhv. p-plads og bagindgang- - og der var meget lydt, når nogen udenfor snakkede eller der blev rullet rundt m skraldespande. Derfor ikke top-point. Personalet var flinkt, maden dejligt Morgenmadsbuffeten var ikke enorm, men passende og med lækre og veltillavede valgmuligheder

Unser Doppelzimmer war gut und passend groß. Einzig war die Wand zum Nachbarzimmer etwas hellhörig. Und direkt vor unseren Fenster war der Aufenthaltsbereich des Personals und der "Fuhrpark" des Hauses für Kleinbusse und Catering... Die Betten waren sehr gut und das Bad schön und recht neu renoviert. Leider war das 2. gebuchte Doppelzimmer viel zu klein für unsere äteren Mitreisenden (mit Aufzug statt ebenerdig und Dusche nicht altersgerecht) mit 2 kleinen alten Hunden eher ungeeignet. Obwohl ich bei Buchung und vor der Anreise alles im Detail gebucht und angekündigt hatte, konnte der nicht-deutschsprachige Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption (der auch leider nicht nach einer anderen Sprache gefragt hat) keine Frage beantworten und, wie sich rausstellte, leider auch die Zimmer nicht korrekt zuordnen konnte... So sind unsere Mitreisenden in das ungeeignete Zimmer eingezogen und wollten nach Schilderung und nachdem alles bereits eingeräumt war leider auch nicht mehr die Zimmer tauschen und mussten sich 4 Tage / 3 Nächte in diesem Zimmer rumquetschen und konnten den Aufenthalt überhaupt nicht genießen. Schade und so unnötig, da alles im Voraus gebucht und angekündigt war. Allein schon die Zusatzgebühr für 2 Hunde für 3 Nächte betrug EUR 72,00 und es war NICHTS vorbereitet, nicht mal ein Wassernapf.... Große Auswahl beim sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet, guter Kaffee nach individueller Auswahl aus dem Vollautomat, allerdings Speisesaal eher ungemütlich und etwas aus der Zeit gefallen.
