"I had a 2 week stay at this Hotel in August 2026. Family of 4 including a 8 and 3 year old. Location is good as you are close to highways, beaches and the best city in my opinion (Aveiro). We had a suite. Upon Arrival the A/C was not working well. After 2 requests, we where moved to a new room the same day which was a upgrade. That was appreciated. Front desk staff was very friendly. The turn over service was hit or miss. Half the time the room was cleaned properly, toiletries where sometimes replaced. Towels where also sometimes replaced but it did come to the point where I had to request fresh towels. The breakfast was good. The staff there was excellent. It seemed understaffed but they did a great job. The dinner buffet was good but I only went down once for myself and a couple times for my kids. The Outdoor pool was good. It didn't seem heated. Indoor pool was good for what it was. It's small and required a swimming cap that can be bought a the front desk for 5 euros. There are 2 workout spaces. The bottom looked like it was for spin and or cardio classes. The upper space had cardio equipment and a mix of free weights and machines. Machines where a little older and some where out of order. The entire facility is in need of maintenance. From paint to just updating the look. Overall it was a ok experience. There are not a lot of options in the area unfortunately. In my opinion this is a 3.5 borderline 4 star facility in comparison to the many hotels I have stayed in."
Holiday Home 'Guest House Casa S Martinho' with Mountain View

"The space and host were amazing! The house goes on and on and every part of it is beautifully decorated. It was more than enough house for us! The grounds around the house are also very well tended to and planned out. There has been so much thought and love put into the property. The hosts were so incredibly kind and helpful! Our dogs were also welcomed with open arms as well as our 3 year old son! I highly reccomend this place for your next stay!"
Holiday Home 'Casa Das Laranjas' with Private Pool and Private Terrace

"We had a fantastic time at the villa, the host was amazing and greeted us at 12:30am to ensure our safe arrival, the layout was great with 3 double bedrooms with there own en-suites and exit door to outside, the main house was equipped with a double bedroom and a further 2 rooms with bunk beds- there is an inside and outside kitchen which is fantastic and worked really well. Added bonus was a full sized table tennis, the pool was fantastic with outdoor shower and pool toys!It’s definitely worth hiring a car to get around but there is some fantastic beaches within a 20min drive! Porto is a great place to visit to enjoy the markets and atmosphere We couldn’t fault the hosts any small issues were seen to straight away! Thank you for taking care of us x"
