"We use this property to make sure our field employees have a place to stay when they’re working in Vail. They like it and it’s comfortable. And the breakfast seems to be pretty good. Unfortunately the front desk lost one of the names on the reservation, we had a little bit of a kerfuffle trying to get one team checked in."

"End of the year they didn’t really care about the guests much at all. It was actually quite funny. The staff had a shocking ability to not say any words to people when you talked to them."

"The parking was good, there was no fitness center as stated on the website. The bedding was cheap and sheer. bathroom was clean but ran down. Shower water changed from hot to cold to hot mid shower."

"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly felt taken care of from beginning to end. One of the standout features was the valet service that offers complimentary drop-off and pick-up within a 5-mile radius,such a thoughtful and convenient touch that made getting around effortless. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, modern, and beautifully designed. Every space feels intentional, stylish, and welcoming. The entire staff was incredibly kind and attentive, especially the valets and concierge team. They went above and beyond, taking the time to offer great recommendations and explain everything in detail those personal touches really made a difference in our experience. Our room had a stunning mountain view, which made our stay even more special. The location is also perfect, allowing easy access to both villages, which we loved. Small details like the complimentary s’mores by the fire pit added such a cozy and memorable touch. If there’s anything to improve, it would be the shower pressure, which was a bit low, and for personal preference, the pillows were too soft and the mattress a bit firm. However, the slippers and robes provided were a lovely bonus that added to the comfort. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely return. Highly recommended!"

"Ask them if the restaurants are open or closed. Dining choice were EXTREMELY limited. And what food was available wasn’t impressive especially for the price. And. 60 dollar valet fee that was not disclosed. "

"Beautiful jr suite with nice view of the pool and a fireplace! Loved the generous bathroom. Great poolside service and the spa was luxurious. Had a wonderful dinner at Tavernetta as well :)"

"Perfect location in Vail village, great value, helpful staff, with a well equipped Gym and spa. They put out coffee, danish, yogurt etc every morning which is nice. Note they do allow dogs and there were many!"
