Manzara hariç herşey berbat.

Temizlik sıfır,bakımsız,odada klima bozuk 3 sefer aradık gece anca personel gonderdiler. Yerden ısıtma var gerek yok dediler ama oda çok soğuktu gece donduk.Banyo suları buz gibi. Rutubetten leş gibi kokuyor havuz alanları. Restoranda kahvaltı çok kötu kediler dibinizde yemek yiyorsunuz.

Konsept olarak guzel bir otel. Cocuklu aileler icin havuz ve akua olmasi guzel. Denize girilemedigi zamanlar havuz imdada yetisiyor. Termal imkanlari guzel. Ama umuma acik yerlerde temizlik sıkıntısı var. Akşam yemek çeşidi az. Daha cok meze ve salata agirlikli. Calisanlar ilgili ve guler yuzlu. Ellerinden gelenin fazlasini yapmaya calisiyorlar. Yukardaki 2 olumsuzlukda iyilesme olursa tekrar kaliriz aile olarak. Tesekkurler.

Schlafzimmer Fenster Kaputt bei der Ankunft, habe es bei der Rezeption Bescheid gegeben diese sagten das die sich kümmern werden. Bis zur abreise keiner von den war da um es zu Reparieren. Das Unverschämte dabei ist das in dem Din4 Blatt steht wenn es zur Diebstahl kommt ist die Anlage nicht Schuld. Sauberkeit ist hier Fremd geschrieben. Sonst ist die Anlage Schön.

Hotel decepcionante y servicio medriocre

Lamentablemente, hemos quedado descontentos con nuestra estancia en este hotel. Las instalaciones son correctas y modernas, pero por desgracia el servicio es casi inexistente. Reservamos una habitación en régimen de hotel y no vinieron nunca a limpiar la habitación. Trajeron papel higiénico un par de veces a horas imprevisibles. La basura se la llevaron sólo una vez (en cinco días). La habitación estaba limpia cuando llegamos, pero tanto la playa como la piscina (y las tumbonas) estaban sucias y descuidadas. La comida del desayuno era correcta, pero repetitiva. El personas de recepción no habla inglés y por tanto no nos dieron ninguna indicación de ningún tipo a nuestra llegada. En conjunto, una experiencia decepcionante. Es una lástima porque dispone de un gimnasio muy completo, piscina cubierta y una piscina exterior ideal para familias. La zona de la playa es muy agradable.

Çocuklarla yada yalnız asla gidilmeyecek otel

Öncelikle otel sezona hazır değildi, klimalar çalışmadığı için oda değiştirmelerine rağmen yine küçücük bebek ve çocuklarla soğuk odada yatmak zorunda kaldık. Gerekçe yok, açıklama berbat. Odada ekstra yorgan yok, battaniye getirildi. Havuz suyundan oğlumun gözü iltihaplandı. Parmağında küçük kesik olmuş havuz alanında. Aklım almıyor hala. Havuz sonrası odada duş imkanı yok, çünkü su yoktu. Resepsiyona gidip defalarca konuşmamıza rağmen taleplerimiz yerine getirilmedi. Fotoğraflarda şahane görünen odalar özensiz ve kirliydi, eski çarşaflar kullnılmıştı. Bunun kendi hataları olduğunu, hazır değillerse neden açtıklarını bizi ve ordaki çoğu kişiyi mağdur etmeye hakları olmadığını söyledik ama malesef olumlu bir deneyim olmadı. Aksine kaba ve vurdumduymaz tavırlarla karşılaştık. Ücret iadesi istedik. Otelde sadece 1 gece zorla, mecbur olduğumuz için kaldık.
