Rooms need to be updated but other than that our stay was very good spa and Turkish bath and indoor pool were very clean and comfortable…Housekeeping was ok but there was one lady who washed our balcony checked our needs was wonderful her name was Mahsume;she made our stay well worth thanks to her …🌹

Despite the room being clean, comfortable beds and pillows: check in was 3 pm ( we arrived 3:30 pm) however we did not get our room or access to services such as the pool until 4:45 pm when we finally got our room. Yea, that is correct from when we went to the counter and filled out the forms we had to wait over an hour to get access to our room. This is a large hotel so the simple task of streaming check in should have been a lot better.
