"The room was clean and nice. The staff always extremely helpful. The hotel doesn’t include breakfast. They have several great dining options available. The hotel is convenient to all downtown seattle has to offer. The pool is great and so much fun. This is one of our favorite hotels."

"Staff is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately the room was dirty, including food remnants on numerous surfaces and bathrobes with visible stains. Not good enough for a Fairmont, probably won't come back."

"We arrived at the property and it was under construction which was fine the check in staff was not friendly then we get to the room and the bathroom was not clean had rust and moldy looking spots in the tub and the carpet was coming up and there was a nail sticking up and we stepped on it multiple times "
