They didn’t return my deposit and when I called to ask them why, they completely lied to me and said it was returned despite my bank saying the hold was released and the payment went through. I ended up paying double the amount for a room with a broken toilet and a building that smelled like weed despite families staying there. "

"Overall it was great. A few things other travelers might like to know ahead of time. Counter space in bathroom was tiny! We used the desk in the main room, which then felt cluttered. Also no microwave. Which was an inconvenience for a multi day stay. The front desk offered NO information at check in. Like breakfast hours, trolley stop location, etc. They were helpful enough when asked."
