DEEP WATER Newly Renovated Waterfront Home-Wren's Nest

  • 4BR/3BA - Sleeps 11 - 1K, 2Q, bunk bed w/2F and twin bed trundle - What a perfect location - within walking distance to the Edisto Marina and a short bike ride to the nearest beach access. This home is perfect for the fisherman in your family with a shared private walkway to a covered deck great for fishing or just enjoying the Edisto sunsets. The first two floors of this house have everything you will need for a perfect Edisto vacation! (top floor is reserved for owner use only) The staircase access is found in the ground level garage. From there you can take the stairs to the first floor Great Room. The Great Room is surrounded by windows with views of Big Bay Creek The first bedroom with 1 Queen and full hall bath are on the main floor. You can take the stairs to the second floor with 3 other bedrooms - 1 King, 1 Queen and bunkbed with Full over Full and Twin sized trundle. The primary suite has a walk-in shower and soaking tub! There is also a covered deck access from the primary suite.

    The parking area is shared by all the owners so parking is limited next to the home. Limit 4 cars. No trailer parking. Bed and bath linens included. Please remember NO pets and NO smoking/vaping.
